My Learn to Scythe 2025 workshop season has started with a brilliant return to Care & Repair in North Wales. This time I was teaching 3 of their volunteers how to scythe.

The grass has been neglected over the years so there was a lot of dead grass and thatch to deal with. I showed the guys how to adjust the scythe to cut under that and clear the ground.
